Ummm...don't take my comments at face value. I said I'd READ it. Doesn't mean it's true. I particularly don't believe everything I read.

Besides, MSFT is good at jamming things you don't want down your throat. I expect that if .NET is "dead" now, it will be revived in a more serious form later to haunt us til the end of our days.
