Mr. Bateman should make sure to read this. He thinks Oracle and Ellison are above board. Sounds like what Oracle did 10 years ago.

somewhat OT about ORCL: This company claims that people who submit their resume through their (ORCL's) web site in response ORCL's job listings are not considered "applicants".....they are considered "pre-applicants". Now WHY would they make such an absurd claim? Playing games with their affirmative action obligations as federal contractors to vietnam era veterans and other covered veterans? I have never, ever seen such underhanded and despicable conduct. Those guys rake in about $200 million bucks from sales to uncle sam each year.
