Quit being such a disingenuous dufus. If you read this thread, especially the posts from late April, 2001 you will see as plain as the nose on your face that Tricky Dicky Cheney suppressed any efforts to control the criminals who were meeting with him and rigging the California markets.

Cheney is guilty of aiding and abetting fraud.
