Dan, how does the CIEN warning effect your outlook to hold the stock?

Ciena warns that Q3 revenues could fall sharply (CIEN)
CIEN cautions that Q3 revenues, including revs derived from ONI, could be down meaningfully from CIENA's stand-alone Q2 revs. Last qtr, CIEN posted revs of $87.1 mln and was expected to log revs of $80.72 mln this qtr. ONIS' revs had been projected, according to Multex, at $19.05 mln this qtr.

We continue to navigate an uncertain telecomm environment --one in which service provider spending appears to have reached unsustainably low levels. In this environment our business remains volatile and unpredictable, and our fiscal third quarter revenues will depend heavily on the timing of customer orders and acceptance of products for which we already have orders."
