GZ, Re: My intent is not to defend Cheney or to argue frivolously, but I am genuinely interested in anything of substance, please take my request in earnest..... The gist of it is that Cheney met Lay on 4/16/01 and Cheney came out within days saying that the Administration would not intervene in the California market, but would let the "free market" resolve the pricing anomalies. This is collusion. Cheney knew damn good and well that Lay was "gaming" the system with "Death Star", "Ricochet" and other swindles. You can get plenty of information if you'll do some of your own research. I refuse to wet-nurse you because I know the truth I'd present would fall on fallow ground, Eh, zero? Good Luck, Ray
