Until the actual documents are surrendered by the Stonewallian White House.....and the incidents of Cheney's imvolvement with ALL the major oil boyz IN the White House before during and after the energy crisis....he must be considered VERY suspicious and given NO benefit of the doubt with all the secrecy that he is propogating.....At that point one cannot dismiss or seperate him from all the FERC decisions driven by the statements FROM the White House....ie Cheney direct.....and the documents through the LATimes and others is pointing directly at this point.
They need to make their point (if there is one) by producing documents......just like Williams quickly changed their tune of noninvolvement and denial until threatened with loss of their LICENCE to due business in California did they FESS UP.....
