That's because of our present surfeit of conspiring PEOC pricks, in their paranoia den down under the pResident's lair in the Scheme-Ovum Office (the acronym, SOO? is a Fleisher fav) are the national joke. Now that's a crowd that lacks any sense of humor, except gallows humor.
