This is the prob with B-B no. Numerator high denominator low. It is the denominator that actually speaks of the money paid. This has been the case for some time now since last year.

zeev,

those booking numbers - if we get cancellation or push-outs, could affect the revision, no ?

i guess the amd / aapl warnings trumped the high btb, as btb is a rolling 3 month average but the warnings are for coming qtrs.

Billings are only what had been booked a period ago. This period's bookings will become next period's billings next month. You can not bill without booking first.
