Intel:Concerned about growth going forward, and valuation.

AMD: Love AMD, valuation very good, 20% marketshare, Athlon good offering, portable and server gains, Hammer-64bit could prove very competitive and help out next year.

Bill,

Re: "Yousef, Sorry, none left for me, I have last laughs."

Bill, You're in "Da Nile" ... Maybe you can "laugh" over this <ggg> -->

AMD tumbles after cutting Q2 targets

"AMD said it expects a "substantial operating loss" on sales of $620 million
to $700 million for the quarter ending June 30. In mid-April, the chipmaker projected
sales of $820 million to $900 million.

At Prudential Securities, analyst Hans Mosesmann stood by his "hold" rating
and $10 12-month price target but said he was cautious about the company's
ability to challenge Intel, the world's biggest chipmaker. "We believe that
AMD's dramatic miss is more a result of its weak competitive positioning
relative to Intel's P4 desktop and P4 mobile product lines and do not
anticipate that improving this year," he wrote."

Make It So,
Yousef
