What about Advani, who bragged that India's N-weaponry gave it the means to arm-twist Pakistan? (This was before Pakistan did its own tests and shut him up). What about the PM, who gave a speech that Muslims don't want to live in peace? (And then did the usual Bal Thackeray trick of "I was misquoted"). What about the other Cabinet ministers who needled Pakistan to pick a time and place to fight the next war? Either you are pretending to be deliberately obtuse or you actually are.
