Oh, surely some customers may reneg but that costs them money, and also you have to reneg within the contractually permissible window. To be sure, you can not very well refuse a shipment just when it is crated and ready to be put on the boat. Or even after the factory is all setup and ready to manufacture your order, or after your order is all but built. You have to pay (varying amounts of) penalty to cancel.

Do you think the billings that you found not advancing fast, diverges from the bookings that went on record ?

Zeev, according to SEMI the new bookings they report take cancellations in that period into account.

Zeev: Lots of talk about Taiwan and chips. So much talk. And then more talk. No discussion of technicals it seems. Last night I posted a chart of Taiwan and I suggest folks look at it. It speaks volumes.
