Micron, which makes DRAMs, Flash memory, other semiconductor components and memory modules, said it doesn't believe it has violated U.S. antitrust laws and will cooperate fully with the investigation. In a press release late Tuesday night, the company said it received a grand jury subpoena Monday from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California seeking information related to the investigation.>>

According to these charts here of Korea and Taiwan, they were falling on their own accord all session long until and after the MU news broke at 11:27 (an hour ago).
