I am using Mozilla. It is a browser targetted at power users. Future versions of Netscape (i.e. version 7 upwards) will be built using Mozilla technology. CNET has a brief review at cnet.com

The tricks I described are for the Mozilla browser.
It is available for download from mozilla.org
It can co-exist with Internet Explorer as well as Netscape. If you down load it and use it, then you can use the tricks I described to totally eliminate pop ups, etc.
