Both.

Number one concern for me is the debt levels and the servicing of same. Much of IBM's debt is not visible on the balance sheet, but it is there, just the same. I don't see how they can do it without it becoming an issue for investors (i.e., out in the open as a BIG problem). To me, IBm's stock is going the same route as Nortel's did.... from darling to trash, based on one nasty revelation after another.
