John, the legal update had the words "various lawsuits". This implies there is more than just the one cited here (now in its third amended complaint) in which Bruce Neuman was a defendant. My point is that Tony Elgindy is *not* a named defendant, so unless Medinah is just making stuff up {cough}, there must be another Vegas lawsuit not yet mentioned here on this thread which, again according to the update, would document Elgindy's alleged extortion.
