The interesting thing is the delusion of omnipotence that he has about the Administration. Everything is their fault; all of their machinations work; they have an infinite capacity to deceive. Poppy is the SuperSpy, despite his limited time as a political overseer of the CIA; Rumsfeld rides roughshod over the Pentagon and the Congressional fiefdoms that oversee it, through sheer force of will; Chaney is the Capitalist Overlord, who coordinates Administration policy with the nefarious designs of oil lobbyinst and other fatcats. The situation in Israel is the fault not of Palestinian terrorists or even Ariel Sharon, but of Dubya, because of his neglect. The Administration is to blame for the confrontation in Kashmir, even though such confrontations occur with some regularity. Somehow, even the stock market, which has obviously been jittery and responding to short term news, is the fault of the Administration, because......well, who knows why?
