pgl52, correct me if I am wrong, but with this loan made by Murdock and Dudley, they will not go down with the ship. There are many scenarios to the outcome of this loan but in any event Murdock and Dudley are in a win-win situation. If I understand this filing correct, the loan is secured by the intellectual property rights held by Fonix. If Fonix defaults on repayment of the loan, Murdock and Dudley will acquire the property rights to the Fonix technology. Is this correct?
