8:35AM: Further deterioration in the futures market following release of Jobless Claims and Trade Deficit data... Former was slightly higher than expected at 393K while the latter was significantly higher than expected at $35.9 bln... Overall, claims not expected to have much impact as they remain below the psychologically important 400K level, but the trade deficit may be a slight negative given market concerns about the weakness of the dollar, which could be exacerbated by this report
