"We need technology winners to arise from the marketplace, not Congress. That's not the same as saying that we don't want to protect kids from porn or artists from copyright violations.

Yes. We are in agreement here. Yet as a culture, I still believe we (adults) have stopped short...the problem is not about us, we make it about us in our petty arguements, thus fall short of a solution.
