Another stock that I'm impressed with is TIER. Nice sideways consolidation with an upward tint to it. The only problem I have with is the closeness of the overhead resistance. Let me put the above into terms of what I think investors are doing. TIER has moved off it's wash out low, as the stock moves higher off the low, investors take profit but they buy back at a higher lows, very bullish as in investors do not want to get left behind, till the stock moves to the 17 area, where it reaches overhead resistance of investors that got burned from the plunge down to the washout low at 13. Those investors that got caught want out. Hence the overhead resistance. That overheard resistance will need to be taken care of before the stock can move higher. I have taken a position in TIER in anticipation of the expected pop through that resistance. I will add if I see that it can sustain the move from there.

b-->Having fun with the market again.
