OAKT down 39% pre-mkt. No question the PC business is weaker than many expected and a negative surprise. But some chips stocks doing much better. Let's see if all chips are thrown out with the bathwater and good deals pop up.

Oak Tech shares cut down after Q4 warning By Tomi Kilgore
Oak Technology (OAKT: news, chart, profile) is getting pummeled for a pre-open loss of $3.54, or 36 percent, to $6.36 after the digital content company said fiscal fourth-quarter would fall short of expectations due to a weaker-than-expected PC environment, particularly in Europe. The company said current global market conditions are leading to customer order deferrals and "lower-than-normal turns" in its business.
