Truth is in this country you can sue anyone for any damned stupid reason and win. How a murder is related to the structural integrity of a house is beyond me.

I was speaking generally about buyers and sellers, not specifically real estate buyers and sellers. It seems our lawmakers spend a great deal of time trying to protect buyers. The other day, using sale price and coupons I was able to buy a gallon of paint below cost at Sears. My local Sears is being driven out of business trying to compete pricewise with HD and LOW. Who is protecting them from me? Who protects the guy who sells his house or car below market because he doesn't have a good idea what price it would fetch? If I buy a stock at the top, I can sue my broker, but who will sue when they dump at the bottom?
