Good points, jcky. However, I'm going to take a pass on a serious discussion of the issues you raise. I've been batting around this issue in terms of a few one liners while I waited to head out of the house for some errand running.

And, to address your questions seriously would actually mean a discussion of health policy issues. That begins, very quickly, to get off topic for the thread.

So, again, I'm taking a pass.
