If the recent U.S. Germany match results give clue about the coming game, we may review the numbers for some sort of help. In the past 4 games U.S. won two, Germany won two. U.S. had 7 goals in these four games and Germany had 6. U.S. net 1 goal. Which shows Germany have not been dominating. German soccer team is a traditionally strong team, and U.S. team has been small in the world cup level. But U.S. have made great progress in the recent year and narrowed the gap. Germany is not likely to beat U.S. by 3 or 4 goals, instead a close fight on Friday's game can be expected, IMO.
