ESR DD CONTINUED ------ Delisting at least 5 months off, so not a big concern? First traded below a dollar on May 17th, I believe. Does anyone know if the NYSE has a $1 minimum and then a 6 month period to get the stock above that for 30 days like the Nasdaq?

Long. Like you've said, cash flow can't be easily manipulated. For the uninitiated, this is because the cash flow statement rests on two easily verifiable numbers: the amount of cash held at the beginning of the quarter, and the amount of cash held at the end of the quarter. You can't blatantly lie about income or investments, because the numbers wouldn't add up.

ESR's cash flow is impressive. By traditional "discounted free cash flow" analysis, this company is WAY undervalued. The market thinks the company is going out of business, but I've never seen a company go belly up with positive free cash flow. That's why I'm long.
