Krikor: I think that they are also meeting with the Bateman people in Vancouver later this week. They're in town for the international diamond conference, so it's a good opportunity to firm things up and review the final draft of the application before taking it down to Venezuela. Maybe the AGM and the appointment of Veiga to the board will get some interest? Regards, Howy

Krikor No I will not be attending the AGM. I talked some with Page about attending, however he said that it would be pretty routine. They seemed to have the votes necessary to do what needed to be done. I am anxious for the meetings with Bateman and the people from UBC firming up the presentation and then the trip to get the permit. When you look at the project summary and realize those numbers were using gold at $270 things look a whole lot better at $320. A couple of weeks could tell the story. Warren
