tooearly, I could be talked into a lot of what he's saying but not this one - "the high P/Es that the doomsters have been wailing about will drop precipitously as earnings improve sharply." It doesn't take a math genius to figure that if earnings improve the P/E will fall only if the price remains where it is now. Who's going to invest in a stagnant market? Maybe he's thinking of some kind of an L-shaped bottom for a while.
