mark, I for one do appreciate those posts. After learning about the NAV manuel updates from you I did them for a while but after hearing about a few problems I decided the manuel updates were more of a problem than the threat of the new viruses that they protect you from. What do you think about that? SIfkaJB

i found a response from a symantec online tech support person regarding the nis and npf liveupdate prob.... ****************************** "There is an issue with that particular update. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I do apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you.
