Sonmebody is missing the point...Will combined market cap exceed $6 billion? If yes, I haven't missed any point, if no, I think you have though...Additionally, AMD's ASP's are highly likely to increase as they increase market share, given ClawHammer superior performance vs. p4 and as AMD's mix in sever and mobile sectors increase...(I can't see any possibility of INTC's ASP's increasing in a ClawHammer successful environment, though)...
