actually joe i read your response a second time
and thought about it..
NO,i dont know people out there who do this
but will say that is similiar to what one of the charges
that anthony has against him and if anyone gets caught
doing this i hope that not only was there is a fine involved but jail time..

Should it go much further, you may be right as to the amounts of money it may cost someone....but I think you may also be confused as to who might be doing the paying, unless I am reading your post incorrectly.
