Thanks for the article - finally we may see some PowerNow! on the desktop assuming motherboards and BIOS support. It still leaves me wondering whether the PowerNow! features have always been there but just now supported. Disabled seems likely as otherwise the processors would have readily displaced the mobile processors in "desknote" systems -- so slightly higher base consumption but while maintaining the PN! adjustability.
