Intel isn't liable too is it? Since they were on the bandwagon?

You're starting to sound really bitter Jim... Maybe you should take a vacation...

Total crap.

Exactly which market did Rambus totally dominate?

Lucky? Safeway? Ralph's? A&P?

I am not exactly pro or anti Rambus, but this is what happens when you listen to Larry Lessig and the Harvard Intellectual Clap Trap and don't follow what the law is.

Definitely not, Intel has no liability for the Rambus misconduct.

The article states:

"Commissioners voted 5-0 to file charges against Rambus, based in Los Altos, Calif. Industry rivals, along with some customers, have alleged that Rambus deceptively persuaded a nonprofit standards group to adopt technology for which Rambus quietly was seeking patent approvals [the DDR patents in the law suit with Infineon]."

Intel played no part in obtaining the Rambus patents. In fact, Intel had its own battle with Rambus over the DDR patents and paid a good bit of money to Rambus in a settlement.
