I disagree. It's still an open question for me.

We are very close to a local bullish divergence in sentiment here, with QQV threatening its recent high while price is above the lows.

It might be fresh down. Probably is. But I have the naz having just hit the 62% retrace (also former support around 1495). The S+P hasn't even filled the Monday morning gap up yet, so there's certainly life in the bull case (albeit faint).

Now, I admit I don't know what the heck would make this turn up, and my vote would go to "new down" too. And based on yesterday's AH warnings, today might very well see more of the same. Plus there's a raft of Econ numbers in the morning, too. This has the potential to burn bears or bulls, I guess. How exciting. Anyway, I doubt we'll get clarity til the morning via more broken supports/retraces. But we'll see. . . .
