There has to be someone inside the State of California who turned his/her back on the people of California and let the State slide into the tragic mess it endures today, if true at all... jumping the gun and blaming someone or some company in Texas or in Washington D.C. seems a bit premature at this point... I wonder what policies were allowed in California that allowed the State to deteriorate so terribly... it would probably be someone the people of California voted into office, now who can that be?
