The last time the Gallup polling firm asked Canadians whether they preferred the American health-care system, in 1993, only 2 percent said they did; 96 percent prefered their own system (UPI, 9/13/93).


Uh, not the same as asking if we are happy with our system. Nice of you to ignore the problems with the system.

Here is my prediction. The NA health care system is one of the most inefficient economic systems in the west. The overly partisan debate hides this fact - everyone could get almost all of what they want if the inefficiency are removed from the system.

The health care system will be the largest system transformed by (real) Internet wave over the next decade.
