I've seen quotes in the past that suggest that Intel has offered to sell VIA a license, but that they haven't accepted the asking price. I don't know who in their right mind would continue to deny that. Oh, yeah, we're talking about the 'Droids, right?

VIa thought they had a valid license through some other technology they aquired didn't they?
