reminds me of the last several times on end of half fiscal years when Japanese institutions were marking assets to market. pretty relentless till near the end of quarter. they did stall the slide this march when the government intervened to buy stocks and legally force shorts to buy stocks. Koizumi is history now, and they'll have to get a replacement.
