If the CEO of the restaurant chain is collecting huge amounts of stock through options given away by a captive BOD, and then selling those shares for hundreds of millions of dollars, thus diluting the value of the remaining shares; or if that restaurant chain has been indicted for patent deception or if the general demand for food has fallen off a cliff... then yeah, knowing us, we could very well be interested. Or maybe you've got a bridge in somewhere in Brooklyn? We're all ears and empty wallets.

Can a restaurant chain EVER fall into your categories here?
