You mean, like, Hillary and the FBI files was a classic case of fascist government?

That was clearly a violation of the criminal code, not to mention the code of conduct and code of ethics and a bunch of other codes, to.

The key to a successful non-fascist government, is that the law be followed according to the Constitution, not about easing your info-phobia.
