I was out BAY during the fall out but wanted to post my opinion on the latest developments. In my opinion this change of heart adds a big blemish to the confidence of PM investing. A deal is a deal especially when announced to the public trading community. PAA should be the one to eat crow if their deal was too sweet. This move screwed the BAY share holders and left PAA off the hook. A choice of poor integrity and will dampen the excitement of the PM market. What a shame that these pricks haven't learned anything from the past. scott
