try again...QQQ is based on NDX, not the COMP...so divide 40 into the NDX (1097.54 as of today's close)

Sorry, since you were talking QQQ, I assumed you were talking NDX since that is the "parent" index. There is no correlation with between QQQ and COMPX. The numbers you were using though should have alerted me, asleep I guess !

So, one would divide NDX by 40.15 for a rough approximation of the QQQs.
