Many thanks! You're right... I don't understand why it is, but it did work. I tried for a week with Lexmark tech support, and they couldn't figure it out. Leave it to you and the rest of the great group on this thread to come up with the answers to so many problems.

I know I read somewhere here about making a copy of your email messages and address book so you can store them and/or move them to another computer. Could someone point me in the right direction?
