When GS downgrades them before the market opens, when figuring out their "record" I wonder if they use the first trade to calculate if they are "correct" or not (when they eventually upgrade them), or the last trade from yesterday (before after hours)

Yes, nothing like bus fumes to get Deutsche to see things differently on QCOM. And these guys are thorough. They then checked their own channels by sticking their heads up their butts. I am sure they didn't like much of anything after that experience.
