I don't remember what levels past turns occurred at but this time it reversed up from 16% which is obviously pretty low.

John or someone else might have a better memory or a link to a chart for comparison.

broader market is still selling off on a bullish % basis, NDX had a nice little 6-9 point blip up before Sept lows too...just like now...i want to see the compq in the low 30's-20ish range at least...closed yesterday at 41.

i am now leaning toward a cycle inversion here, and a little corrective high into the 25th, which i intend to sell pretty hard if that's the way it turns...looking at some nyse issues, i am hard pressed not to start legging in today, but i'll continue to wait a bit longer. i think i have time<g>

Bradley has a turn on the 25th too as a high, i'm thinking things get ugly after the FOMC for a week or so, and we get our turnaround sentiment signals there...some pretty compelling counts i've been watching are pointing to this

out-a-here.....later
