Good news for Samsung is good news for AHAA/SWKS. It was particularly nice to see their time to market mentioned as a competitive advantage over Nokia. That advantage plays to SWKS' strengths in complete solution integrated design. Who knows, perhaps Nokia will opt to use SWKS for more of their new designs to improve their time to market.

Meanwhile, they got the tax-free ruling for CNXT shareholders so the combination is going forward and expected to be completed by the end of the month.

"We are selling in the mid- to high-end segment and are hitting such numbers in this segment,"

I saw this news article last night and this jumped out at me. These are the phones using the higher end chips from AHAA, which should help on the margins, ASP side of things.

Plenty of tough times ahead, but it's not as bad as the market is reflecting at the moment. Time is on AHHA/SWKS's side, imo. We have seen the price to sales multiple come down on the sector's previous darling - RFMD. Much more in line with reality, or maybe I should say much more in line with their peers.
