NO! I honestly believe(and can point to many examples) that cities (towns?) with a population of 50k or less where there is not a city of 500k+ with-in 35 miles & there is NOT a mojor university or major national park, mountain area, beach, or other specialized recreational area(ski area) there has been Deflation not Inflation! This might well = 85% of the square mileage in the U.S. in which land has gone down not up in value! You really need to take a weekend trip to NV other than Reno or Las Vegas, eastern OR or WA. This stuff we hear about house prices being up greatly everywhere simply isn't true!
