Borrowers and lenders alike seem to be forgetting that the important part of any loan is called "principal" for a good reason.

I think that it's going to have to be the institutions that fold, because for a bank, bankruptcy means nonexistence, whereas it's just a phase of life, or will be, for a lot of individuals.

I guess that's what I think, since I am holding puts on JPM and FNM.
