Tetra Tech Gets $25 Million Pact From Los Angeles Department Water And Power

PASADENA , Calif. -(Dow Jones)- Tetra Tech (WATR - News) Inc. received a
$25-million, three-year contract from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to provide consulting and engineering
services.

The company also said its services will "improve homeland defense at the city's infrastructure."

A Tetra Tech spokesman said the company will provide vulnerability assessment to improve security at the department's water
and power facilities.

In a press release Monday, Tetra Tech said the contract covers the improvement of a public infrastructure that includes but isn't
limited to the Los Angeles Aqueduct System, located throughout California , and the city's power grid, located in California ,
Nevada and Utah .

The aqueduct system and power grid services 3.8 million residents and businesses in a 464-square-mile area.
