Chrissy, That report made no mention of GW, or Texas. How far can you stretch an article to twist it into a lie in favor of your socialistic mind set?

If you would take the time to check, Texas was one of the states that did not allow the execution of mentally retarded, or impaired, individuals. One of those unfortunate people could make a better argument than you can, and be more believable.
