I apologise for that but do feel that it's a good idea to look at the big picture every now and then. I see we agree that UMC is having trouble with .13u. You see, that makes me feel better, since you are the process expert and I am not...While you know the insides of it...I find it easy to come up with the same conclusions just based on history... Jim
